In-House R&D
CAD, SolidWorks, Pro/E, UG & 3D printing are fully deployed for design and prototype iteration. DFM optimization is applied to shorten development cycles and cut rework costs. Customized design solutions are delivered to match diverse product specifications.
Investment Casting
Cast parts ranging from 0.05kg to 50kg are produced with CT4–CT6 dimensional tolerances. Complex integrated geometries are formed to reduce secondary machining workloads. Stable batch consistency is guaranteed for alloy, stainless and carbon steel workpieces.
CNC Machining
Milling, turning and grinding processes are adopted to reach IT6–IT7 precision grades. Strict dimensional controls are implemented throughout small-batch and mass production. High uniformity is maintained for critical structural and hardware components.
Laser Cutting
All sheet metals up to 25mm in thickness are processed with burr-free cutting edges. Minimal thermal deformation is achieved for intricate custom profiles and blank pieces. Fast production turnaround is secured without extra deburring procedures.
Bending & Welding
High-complexity metal forming is supported by precision bending equipment. Clean, high-strength weld joints are manufactured for long-lasting fabricated assemblies. Uniform fitting accuracy is retained for architectural and structural metal frames.
Stamping
Progressive die, deep drawing and blanking techniques are utilized under tight tolerances. In-house tooling is maintained to stabilize long-term mass production consistency. Cost-efficient identical parts are supplied for continuous large-volume orders.
High Polishing
Multiple surface finishes (brushed, satin, mirror) are standardized for all metal workpieces. Zero scratch & pit surface quality is achieved via standardized polishing workflows. Aesthetic requirements of architectural and decorative hardware are fully satisfied.
Powder Coating Line
Uniform anti-corrosion powder layers are applied via automated coating production lines. Diverse color & texture options are available for indoor and outdoor usage scenarios. Outstanding weather resistance is tested to extend finished product service life.
Quality Inspection
Complete inspection instruments including CMM, roughness gauges and spectrometers are equipped. Full-process quality checks are executed from raw material input to finished goods delivery. Complete batch traceability records are archived for all shipped orders.
Load Testing & Pressure Testing
Structural load testing is performed for metal hardware under simulated service conditions. Sealing pressure testing is carried out for all fluid valve and fluid-control components. Real-world durability and safety performance are verified to avoid on-site product failures.
